Richard Healey - Executive Primary Leader and Headteacher of IKB and Orchard Grove Primary Schools

Richard is the Executive Primary Lead for the Blackdown Education Partnership and has previously been the Primary Executive Headteacher within The Castle Partnership Trust. Richard is the Headteacher of Orchard Grove Primary School and of IKB Primary School. Previous to this he was Headteacher of Perry Court E-ACT Academy in Bristol. Richard is passionate about strong outcomes for all children, championing those who are disadvantaged and creating school environments that embody learning communities where all children and families feel that they belong. Richard is driven to ensure that all schools within the Blackdown Education Partnership achieve their potential and successfully serve their communities.
